How It Works

When you place an order, it may be:

• Fulfilled directly from our own inventory, or
• Prepared and dispatched by one of our approved fulfillment partners

Regardless of where your order is fulfilled, we aim to maintain consistent standards for quality, packaging, presentation, and customer experience.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains products supplied by different fulfillment locations, you may receive your items in separate packages. In such cases, separate tracking information may be provided.

Packaging

Your jewelry will be packaged carefully to protect the product during transit. Packaging may occasionally vary depending on the product, collection, or fulfillment location.

Quality Assurance

We work with selected partners and suppliers who meet our product and quality requirements. Products may also undergo quality checks before dispatch.
